At Roo Egypt, we are delighted to deliver our soft, organic Egyptian cotton clothing to you, both locally and internationally. Please review the details below regarding our shipping policies:

LOCAL SHIPPING (Within Egypt)

  • We offer Standard Shipping across most governorates of Egypt.
  • Delivery Time:
    • Cairo & Greater Cairo: Typically 1-3 business days.
    • Alexandria: Typically 2-4 business days.
    • Other Governorates: Typically 2-5 business days.
  • Shipping Rate: A starting rate of 75 Egyptian Pounds applies to all local orders, and goes up to 115 Egyptian Pounds covering most governorates. Please note that delivery to some remote areas may not be possible at this time.
  • Important Note Regarding Order Check: For safety reasons, we kindly request that you refrain from opening the package while the courier is present.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are happy to serve our international customers! Shipping costs and delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination country and the weight of your order. These details will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Please allow 10-21 business days for international deliveries, although this timeframe can be influenced by customs clearance processes in your country.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other fees levied by your country's customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Roo Egypt is not responsible for any customs delays or additional fees incurred upon arrival in your destination country.

SALES & PROMOTIONS

Please note that items purchased at a discounted price during a sale period are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Additionally, sale packages are not permitted to be opened while the courier is delivering them.
